Hooray for the UK. The doctors in the USA should do the same.

Of course the best self-help book I’ve ever read is by a New England woman who wrote it in the 1800′s and it is still the best self-help book I’ve every read. It’s all about spirituality and thinking in a more spiritual manner. The book is called SCIENCE AND HEALTH WITH KEY TO THE SCRIPTURES by Mary Baker Eddy. Get a copy at any Christian Science Reading Room, bookstore or your local library and try it. You’ll be surprised how much it helps uplift and change everything in your life for the better.
