Thanks for these ideas of how one can be free from any form of slavery. Sometimes I think we talk ourselves into being dependent on matter instead of Spirit. Maybe that is because we can see matter (and it seems real) but we can’t see Spirit (so it seems unreal).

The Bible assures us, in the book of John, “It is the Spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing.” Well if the flesh doesn’t profit us anything why are we so absorbed in it especially when it comes to our health. Think about that and see if you can change your thought to something better than just what you think you see or feel. Taking control of your own thinking will bring true emancipation.
