Mr. President….

My friend, Margaret, read that the President received an inspirational message every day at 6:30 a.m., so she sent him an inspirational letter. This is her letter and the reply she received from President Obama:

   Margaret’s sincere effort to support the office of the President was also a precious, perhaps first time introduction of Christian Science to this particular President, with a truly inspiring message. I love to think of “the white wings of the Holy Ghost” (Whittier) brooding over all, in reference to our nation, its people, and its leaders.

   Great idea to send this to the President and how gracious that you got a reply with all that he has to think about and do.
